For They Might Be Giants, the good Life beckons

They Might Be Giants will be playing both days of the 2010 Life is good Festival this September 11-12. The weekend of music takes place over the 40-acre Prowse Farm at the foot of the Blue Hills in Canton, Mass., just outside of Boston.

The boys will be busting out their brand of Kiddie Rock on the Good Kids Stage, where other child-friendly artists appearing include The Laurie Berkner Band, Dan Zanes & Friends, The Sippy  Cups and Big Apple Circus. There is also a full roster of artists for the grown ups!

The Life is good Festival is hosted by the company of the same name, famous for their stylized cartoon t-shirts with the wide-grinning characters. They are putting on the event with Superfly Productions (Bonnaroo, Outside Lands), and 100% of the profits will be donated to their nonprofit organization, the Life is good Kids Foundation. They hope to raise one million dollars this year to help kids who are facing life-threatening conditions.
